I also could not get a parking in the center so i went back home after a slow ride through port-louis. I assume the traffic jam and the no-parking problem is only temporary. Once curiosity fade out, affluence to the city @ night will slowly decrease and we'll get a normal but ALIVE Port-Louis. I'm very enthusiast about this 24/7 idea.
